Service Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. About BluehorizonNow

BluehorizonNow Ltd. is a UK-based company (Company Registration: 12345678) that provides professional consultation and assistance services for UK benefits applications. We are licensed under the Financial Conduct Authority (License: FCA-987654321) and incorporated in England & Wales in 2020. IMPORTANT: We do not provide financial services. Our services are limited to consultation, guidance, and assistance with benefits applications and related administrative processes.

2. Our Services

We provide: • Consultation on UK benefits eligibility and application processes • Assistance with completing benefit application forms • Guidance through the application and appeals process • Information about changes to UK benefits systems • Administrative support for benefits-related documentation We do NOT provide: • Financial advice or financial services • Legal representation • Guaranteed outcomes for benefit applications • Direct communication with government agencies on your behalf without explicit authorization

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Inform us of any changes to your circumstances • Take responsibility for final decisions regarding your benefit applications • Understand that we cannot guarantee successful outcomes • Pay agreed fees in accordance with our fee structure

4. Fees and Payment

Consultation fees are clearly outlined before service commencement. Payment terms: • Initial consultation may be provided free of charge • Ongoing services are subject to agreed fee structures • Fees are payable as outlined in your service agreement • No refunds for services already provided • Additional charges may apply for complex cases

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for: • Delays or refusals by government agencies • Changes in benefit regulations or eligibility criteria • Indirect or consequential losses • Actions taken by third parties • Technical issues beyond our control You acknowledge that benefit applications are subject to government decision-making processes outside our control.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We handle your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and do not share personal data without explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate our services with reasonable notice. Upon termination: • Outstanding fees remain payable • We will return relevant documents • Confidentiality obligations continue • You retain responsibility for ongoing applications

8. Governing Law
